ok well in that case yes you want the 7.7 patched files

once youve done that upgrade your bbtonuke to 2.0.21

Edit: As a thought, if this is a new site, I would recomend you reinstall 7.6

Hmm ok. But I tried installing my Nuke 7.9. Seems ok. But when it comes to PHPMyAdmin, It gives a error. Then I don't know how to continue, so I pasted the nuke.sql to my html dir. And it's done. But when I open my Private Message, Forums and Member list, it gives this error.

Forums:
Code:
phpBB : Critical Error

Error creating new session

Yes, you have to run the upgrade scripts. I omitted that once and I got problems, that was fixed after I ran the upgrade scripts. If you upgraded from 7.7 you have to run two upgrade scripts for 7.8 and 7.9.
