well i got most going well on my forums and i read the phpbb user guide but tried to do like it said so it shows me as admin in our forum and not get ranked by post like everyone else but it wont change for me it keeps telling me no special rank any clue what might be wrong?

simple problem, simple solution - 2mins of looking @ settings would have revealed this.
U have to assign it manually, it's not an automatic thing.

sorry pal when i get into messing with the codes a little more with out destroying my site i will be here less but i read the guide and it showed to do it in management of users and everytime i changed it it would go back but thank you for the help again

Would have been Management not configuration. I was just recalling menus off the top of my head.

yeah and besides that not letting me change myself to a admin so i dont get ranked on post and the always use signiture not working. now all my articles dont show up in my home page when you click on there pictures it says page cant be displyed i cant seem to figure out what went wrong i thought the phpbb was just for the forums not most the site? im confused
