I use to have most of the blocks showing up, and now just the login block, and admin/modules show up. Is there a type of configuration I need to set up to have my blocks all show?
And yes they are active,

I am using phpnuke 5.6, and I have tried upgrading as well, and that doesn't seem to fix this either.
