This Tip will help your site when it is being spidered by the likes of Google.
Normally your site Title Bar (that's the bar at the very top of this window above the "Back" and "Refresh" Buttons. )
For example on this very page!
<title>Nuke Cops » Forums » Tips And Tricks</title>

Currently tested only on Nuke 7.0 but will probably work on 6.5 - 6.9
Open includes/page_header.php

Code:

FIND:
header ('Pragma: no-cache');
$template->pparse('overall_header');

REPLACE WITH:
header ('Pragma: no-cache');
$pagetitle= $pagetitle." ".$page_title;
include("header.php");
$template->pparse('overall_header');

Save and close
OPEN modules/Forums/nukebb.php
FIND:
include("header.php");

REPLACE WITH:
//include("header.php");

Save and Close
