Due to the demand of some of the membership, I elected to make this post...
I will release a final version for the folks who have made payments. It will be a non-transferrable license to only those who paid. This is expected to contain the final security augmentation required.
I will make all these details available on http://fortress.cc when the site is up and running in a couple weeks.

I'll be working again on releasing Fortress for those who wish to use it. Some minor bugs have been fixed and has been running solid without having any updates.
