Multiple pages forum reference ?

I have a centre block to show last 20 posts in forums on my front page of www.motorhomefacts.com, it all works ok bar one thing,

If a post has more than 15 replies, i.e. it extends to more than one page then the googletapped url doesnt work and just takes you to the first page of the thread instead of to the exact post:-

i.e. if the exact location of the thread is http://www.motorhomefacts.com/posts2285-15.html#18225
then the link url from the block is:-
http://www.motorhomefacts.com/postt2285#18225

How do i adapt the url pointer to get the correct position ?
