One or more admin accounts on your site has been changed and require approval. These accounts require your approval before grant admin access rights.
Admin Account(s) that require your approval:

01. Array (Array)
02. Array (Array)

It means someone has accessed the nuke database to make someone a superuser. A superuser has access to the admin menu, and of course the whole site. Approving a superuser in the Admin Secure control panel tells Admin Secure to let him do anything he wants. So it boils down to whether you trust this guy. If he added himself as an admin without asking you first, then personally I'd be a bit nervous.

It's actually should listing unapproved admin accounts. There's a bug in Admin Secure that not listed properly from an array.

If Admin Secure installed properly, any accounts listed in "Unapproved" list shouldn't have access to PHP-Nuke admin panel.
