I come to address you with a problem that's already been discussed to death. I have spent the last week readind EVERYTHING I could find about it and still need some guidance.
My problem is related to the new posts being shown at the index page in the forums but after I follow the "view posts since last visit" link I get the "no topics or post met your search criteria" or similar.
I use Nuke 7.5
I have already changed the cookies settings in Administratove panel>config>cookies settings (cookie name and domain blank and so on) so please do not send me to that topic since I done this alreasy
My problem seems to appear in Mozilla Firefox, sometimes. I use a MF browser at work and I have the problem, I go to my sencond job on a new installed PC and on the same browser I don't get the problem. I have tried emptying the cookies and temporary files. After some minutes the problem reapeared.
On IE I don't seem to have this problem.
So please clue me what to do now. The people on my forums are complaining about this already and I don't know what to do:
Upgrade to 7.6?
Do some changes in the code of some files (what are those and what to change)
I see this forum working like a charm, please tell me what's your secret?
Hm... odd.
I have never met your problem.
I am using Moz, FireFx, and IE to access my phpnuke portal. But so far, no problem at all. Hm... I will test it more...
Maybe it has something to do with cleaning the cookies from time to time?
I use this site always from all places and still everytime the new posts are working like a charm, I enter my site and face this problem from time to time ... Really makes me wonder
Thank you for responding to this. Maybe I'll get some valuable input from people here with administrative prerogatives who seem to have tamed Nuke so well
