i have phpnuke 7.8 and phpBB 2.0.16 everything works fine except i cant add new forums! Forum Admin/management /category
and when i add new category it says sucesfull but i cant see anything happen!

Did you add forums under your categories? Until you add forums where you can post, it won't show up. For instance, with only categories, phpbb2 does not display category only in forum indexes.
