hello i have just move over to PHP nuke web site format. i been running the PHPbb forums for a long time now. but since i install PHP and now when someone registers with the forums it don't send them an email. now i know your going to say oh make sure in the forums you have checked user for the board to send them an email to confum the account. i have done this. i have tested it with my email account. some people get an email and most don't. is there a setting in PHP nuke i am missing i am running PHP Nuke 7.5

No, mostly its something with your mail server and the ISP mail servers. You will have to talk to your host and make sure mail() is configured correctly.
Otherwise, it is probably spam blockers from Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL, etc
