Hello,

I was wondering if anyone could help me. I have a 'guild' website that's been up and running for a couple years now. The problem is there are members 'users' that haven't been in game, or logged on to the website for many months and don't really need to have an account anymore on the site.

I was wondering if there is a fairly simple way to prune users that haven't logged in for a specified period of time? Is there anything out there that can do this for me? I'm running php-nuke 7.1 if that helps at all.

Thank you

If you don't want to pay 5.00$ for Last visit, then simply install Adds-on: Advanced User Manager. This module will sort your registration date, users, and other 6 conditions. Then you can select multiple users at one time to delete.

Not because I made Advanced User Manager, but because Advanced User Manager Adds-on hack is more efficient and functionally easy-to-use & access. To make it better, that's GNU/ GPL/ license (no charge).

Sorry, dezina. This is not PR. I know you are so kind to me. Smile

Pruning dead users was issued by NukeEvangelist while I was developing this hacks. So, simple refer to my reply to him:

hack-AdvUserManager-nuke-74 seems to work nicely with my PHP-Nuke 7.1 installation, and it's definitely better than the default. Would be better though if I could increase the amount of users on screen to more than 7 at a time. I have about 64 pages worth of users as it is set up right now.

While it is a great add-on though it doesn't quite have what I was looking for. I can see when users signed up, but I can't see when users have last signed on to the website. It's based on that information that I need to do the pruning. Did I miss a feature though? Or is that something that will be added in Version 1.0?

Also I noticed that while this worked nicely on my PHP-Nuke 7.1 it didn't work at all on my PHP-Nuke 7.8 installations. Will 1.0 work with version 7.8?

Screen page doesn't matter. Did you look at the bottom of the list? It shows you like "go to [prev] 1,2,3, ... , 1571, [next]. Use this page. 64 pages are not too many. One of my friends has arund 2600 pages. You can change $nperpage = 25 to $nperpage = 100. Then you will have just less than 15 pages.

Did you read addition notes? First of all, read additional info in notes and extended text.

That works perfectly with 7.6/ 7.7/ 7.8. I believe you did not install following "installation instructions." This is not a package. This is adds-on hack which assumes you follow install.txt file and install it.
I don't like pre-wired style codes because it limits nukers to a certain packages. For this reason, I made an installation file and it run under any kind of phpnuke: universal hack, so to speak.

To prune your dead users, sort them in joined date. Then, the AUM will show in either asending or descending order (select order option as well). When you see the sorted list, select whatever users if you remove, then click on the [remove selected] button.

I don't want to discuss this step-by-step explanation in nukecops.com because it may move to personal talk. I told you post your request or general FAQ in the dev. site as galvin does.

Sorry I will put a new post there as soon as the SQL servers on your site are back up and running Wink Thank you though for getting back to me - though I think you missed what I am trying to do. I need to know when the users last logged in, not when they first signed up. I'm guessing though that this can't really be done without modification of the SQL servers on my PHP nuke sites.

Sorry again, and thank you for your reply.

Last login info is not available in my AUM. Instead, the 1.0 version will have massive & intensively IP logs and activity profiles.. You don't have to modify SQL server. Just think about "IP Tracking module," which shows all actiivities by users.

In the above link I could not find anything on pruning dead users....??
The second question is, where can I find information on how to install the hack? I went to NukeKorea and downloaded the package but it does not have any information on how to install...

Thanks.

HACK means the hack package has it's own install.txt file under /docs file.

General MOD style installation is not familiar to most phpnuke users for some reasons. Find my dev. download section and download it. After uncompressing it, find /docs/install.txt
