theme help

yo i have a php-nuke.org website with sql; database and everything, but how do i add a new theme. i download it then wat, i was told to use ftp and upload it to my theme folder but i did not know wat files in teh thme folder to upload so it did not go well..Please i need to upload a new theme

You need to upload all the files for that theme into /themes

that does not work, i tired teh thmese do not load, is there a tutorial on how to up load themes?

i am using Creation from www.disipal.net.

What files are included in that theme?
Please post the file and directory structure

block folder

Theme Folder
Theme
Headerlinks
clock
index

Images folder
all images used in theme

Style folderStyle
index

ANd a forum folder full of stuff

i do not no wat u mean by directory but i upload it into teh website theme folder, cause it shows up on the drop down admin theme menu
