Hi, I currently run a website using phpnuke v7.7, patched and forums upgraded to 2.0.18, using phpib2 template.
The problem I have is that the forum will only post what it see's fit... It seems to have a problem with normal posts, yet 90% of the time it works fine. I cannot find any relation to the fault that is happening.
I have been trying to post the following as a normal post in the forums:
TESCO is closing its Kiln Farm distribution depot employing 650.
The workforce was told the depot would shut down on February 25 in an announcement by the company yesterday (Monday).
Management say the 32-year-old depot in the north of the city could no longer operate at a level needed to serve the company's stores and customers.
It is in talks with the union Usdaw and meeting workers on a one-to-one basis in an attempt to relocate as many staff as possible.
Some might be found jobs at Tesco's other big distribution depot in the city at Fenny Lock – which employs 1,200 – or a new warehouse at Daventry.
There are also vacancies in Tesco stores in the area, all of which have been expanding to cope with exceptional demand from shoppers.
When I try to preview the post or submit it, I am returned to the home page of the website and no error is given.
I have posted posts on the forum that have been much longer and shorter than this and have now run out of options / ideas!
Any ideas? I'm starting to run out of patience with it!
Thanks for the reply Evaders99, Is there a way to disable this "feature"? It's a word that'll get used fairly frequently on the site and I don't want to explain to everybody the website has gone anti-union!!!!

You have to disable the code in mainfile.php that include
if (stripos_clone($queryString,'%20u nion%20') OR stripos_clone($queryString,'/*') OR stripos_clone($queryString,'*/u nion/*')
Spaces added to allow posting.
Do so at your own risk, it may make your site more vulnerable to hackers
