Does the PHPBB forum need special theme packs? I want to install and use themes i downloaded from the PHPBB site but the are all messed up! I mean pictures aren't shown and i get the red "x" pictures.

You can't use phpBB's packs without them being modified, go to www.nukemods.com and www.nukeresources.com where you'll find a nice selection of ported packs. Specially those made by graphics master mikem.

First of all...are you asking your quesitin again?
What version of Nuke are you using?
You cannot use the phpBB templates for the ported phpBB found at Tom's site. Nor can you use them for Nuke6.5. They must be converted for Nuke 6.5 and a Nuke theme added to them.
You can find Theme/tempalte packs for Nuke6.0 and phpBB2.0.6 AND for Nuke6.5 over at http://www.nukemods.com
