I've been using phpnuke and phpBB off and on on several sites since about 2003, and all my installs have been pretty smooth until the last one (phpnuke 8.0). I had fits with several aspects of the install, but now everything is, for the most part, working well and working as designed.
Having NukeCops available was a true blessing during the install. In particular, the replies from Evaders99 were really helpful.
I know y'all probably get tired of the same old questions about the same old snags, but without you guys and the ability to search these forums for related posts, I'd still be pounding my old, grey head against the monitor at midnight when I shoud be asleep insetad of trying to do an install.
