Someone installed this module for me but it does not seam to be working.
When someone tries to register, it just tells them they will get an email within 42 hours with an activation link. Sends them the email with the activation link.
It does not send the application to me in the approved membership mod, and does not give me the option to approve or disapprove the application. I also added fields such as phone number and address, and it does not ask for those when registering. How do I get this module to work properly? Any and all help is greatly appreciated. I thank you for your time in advance.

Sounds like you did not change any of the Your_Account files or the approval step is not configured correctly
