I have asked this before, with no luck at all in getting any answers, but have been getting closer to fixing.
I have a nuke5.6 site, running google tap 060, on a dedicated server (with a few smaller sites of mine on it as well). The funny thing is, the site, when search engines "hit" and do some major indexing, the server starts sending heaps and heaps of segmentation faults(11), and then just locks up. I have updated to latest php versions etc, had ram changed, and lots more.
The latest episode, had scooter indexing the site, I took the site offline, restarted httpd, and all ran fine, so i went and put the site back online, and imediately it locked with seg faults again. I went one step further and put scooter into the "badbots" list, and not a one seg fault, even with google hitting it just as hard.
Is there anything you could suggest I look at, as it is only with this one site, and only when google tap is applied, and only with some engines. It is sure to be something simple, maybe in the server conf, but I have been at this for 6 months or more now, and I have little hair left !!

Many thanks for reading, and hope you can help.

Mick
