Anyone know of any freeware apps that will do this? I use ImageMagick to make the mpg's but I don't have it compiled with the gif because of the soon to expire pain in arse patents.
I've found some shareware ones but nothing I'd like better then to find something in the opensource community.
Don't ask for much do I? |

Hmn well I think I found what I was looking for. Prolly have to convert the mpg to frames and recreate the animations but hey I can live with this.

Actually I haven't had a chance to do much with it but I did this as a quick test. For a one liner the results are fairly impressive. Thats 47k from a 122 avatars!
