Administration block has disappeared

I am the admin, but my block that allows me to go into the administration of the system has dissapeared.

It usualy comes up when I log in, now it doesnt and I cant find a way to get in to do some changes / admin.

Have you tried to go to your admin.php?

Maybe you got logged out.

Yup, tried that.
I'm logged in as Admin, but the block still doesnt come up.

Well, it's possible I deactivated it (I dont think so) but how do I get in to the admin section to take a look if the admin panel doesnt come up....you see my dilemma!

Just type in admin.php at the end of you above posted url.
