PHP Gods please me with image rollover in my header

I am using PHPNUKE 7.8 and I am trying to add image rollover to my nav bar in my header.

I know it has to go in the theme.php somewhere I am not sure where.

I have a code for the Head section which I assume goes in the themeheader part of theme.php but where??

I also have a code for the Body which I assume goes into the header.html

I am using the subblack theme if that helps
