Hi!
I Downloaded the latest protector version, and in the description i read that i can ban the user on my site by username and by ip address! But i dont know how can i ban them by username only i can ban if i know their ip address, please help!!!! |

Do a search on the page Locate Penel for the usernam you want to ban and then ban him. Everytime he enters your site whit a new ip will he be banned again whit the new ip |

I tried what u sad before, but whatever i typed a registered username the protector couldn't find  WHY??
For example i got always this message: "Sorry I really tried to find user Luu but there is no such user here " Of course, Luu is Valid username on my database  Please help! |

Yeah, I have been getting a lot of those error messages when looking at IPs too. (v1.15b) |

HAve the user Luu visited your site after that you installed Protector. He must othervice cant he be looged by Protecor.
You can also search for Lu* to list all names starting whit Lu. |

My problem is that if I search for an IP that I know is looking at my site, it nearly always says that Protector cannot find it. |

Thank you very much, i understand now  but i have another one question. I tried this protector, how it works and i banned my friend and i noticed the reason too whyi banned him, but when he went to my site, he got only a pic with ban and a sentence like this: if it's not your fault(or something similar) write to the the admin mail address! So there wasn't the notice why i banned him:-( WHY? |

The notice is Personal Info anything you put in internal info is just for you and your staff |

Yes there is 2 information icons on the main page where all banned ip is listed.
1. Internal Info icon is for your staff.
2. Personal Info icon is for the banned user. That info you put in there will be shownd for the banned IP/user |
