I saw that in the administrator page, module section, every module line has a "Group" section. At the moment all of those groups are in the "none" position. How/Where can I adjust those groups?

That module group control will come up in the next version of phpnuke. 7.8 showed the framework and 7.9 showed more concrete strctures for modules group access priviledges. But, only subscription is available. As long as you will run phpnuke like old style contents portal, phpnuke 7.6- is ok. However, the integrative group controls on modules, karma, and other BB2nuke groups, you will need the hot version when they are available with security patches.
