Does anybody has a clue how to move a phpnuke site and database.

I hosted my site on a free lycos (tripod) account but they started with very aanoying ads on the right side.

I have an new account and database and i tried to backup the database and put that information in the new one but that didn't work.

I am ftp'ing all files of the existing website to a local folder and after that i will upload them to their new location.

Anybody has an idea or experience with moving phpnuke sites?

All reactions are welcome.

greetz
