I visited that link you posted and the page I saw mentioned that "Sorry, this Module isn't active!". Now, as a side note, you have activated the forums module in admin menu > forums ?

The forums' appearance is often controlled by the forums.css found in /themes/yourtheme/forums ; however, there are some features controlled by other style sheets.

But for now, let's make sure the module is active.

did u try /themes/your_theme/style/style.css ?

Edit:
If you view the source of that page and search for 'css' then there should be 2 css files

but you have

themes/Labs/style/style.css

and the other css file has a wrong extension

modules/Forums/templates/subSilver/subSilver.ccs

so if u change it to css, all shud be well Wink
