I want to add my own logo and title, but I can't figure it out. Can someone help me? I'm sure it's pretty easy but I have no clue what I am doing. Thanks

upload you new logo.gif or what ever kind your theme uses to your theme/images folder. Be sure to overwrite your old logo.gif
