I'm helping out a friend with his phpnuke website; he does design, and I do the coding/configuration. We're currently using the theme fiblack3d. Using the fiblack3d theme as a basis or starting point, his design looks like:
The major changes that I need help or guidance on are:
1) how do I change the theme from being full-width to fixed width? Is it as simple as modifying the theme header to something like
