Error 1064 PhPNuke 7.0 (private forums permissions)

General Error
Couldn't update private forum permissions

User is in the usergroup.
When I change permission sI get this error

Any Fixes?

First Fix did not Fix anything Sad

Second Fix creates bunch Dummy Groups Sad

is there other way to fix it?

Try upgrading from 2.06 to 2.07
