I must be a big fat noob, because I don't see anyone else with this problem. All I want to do is change the menu links and/or add new ones. (You know, the navigation links where it says "module".)
A friend said "Just go into your admin panel and click "menu"....and he even showed me a sreenshot of the option. I don't have that option. The only option I have that he doesn't is Theme cpanel. Can someone please tell me what to do before I go insane?

Also, someone told me to install a customized menu module...but the instuctions say to "Import install-sommairev2.sql in your database. 2 new tables will be created." Can someone explain how to import it into my database?

Big fat noob kindly asks for help.

hmm ok
answer 1 theme cppanel is a thememod from mtechnik ,which means that there you can easily edit the links without to have to do it in the code.
now only his themes and i believe a couple more work actually with that future which means that its not coded in the theme to communicate with the themcpmod,so you probably need to look to change them yourself.
so open theme.php and look for function themeindex or if its there look for header.html and look for the links and change them

as for answer 2
you need to go into your phpadmin and go to sql
and then browse find your file push accept and then press GO Smile
Noob lol
