Theme Problems for 1 user, requires system restart on links

Above is the notice a member gets on a new theme installed yesterday, by the name on XtratoVeil. Nobody else has complained so far, and I have never heard or seen this before either.

The theme has some flash elements on and this happens everytime she presses a link.

The member is using XP SP2 IE Browser.

Any suggestions would be great as she now has to use the old theme instead Sad

Sounds like their Flash plugin is not being installed correctly. Have they tried removing it and reinstalling Flash?

thats what i wondered too, but didnt ask after she told me it didnt happen on any other site, she told me that flash was up to date.
