What's the deal? I click the unlock icon and it adds a new ban for the same IP. It reads System Ban and keeps the one I banned. Good test gone bad! All my admins are now screwed. LOL! They see a big red IP circled that reads banned. |

Needless to say, I got mad and I installed NukeSentenial and it dont show any bans. Hummm |

I tried to use the uninstal from the drop down list in Sentenial but it won't. I get Failed Failed Failed. Is that my problem? What the heck is going on with Protector.
These 2 can't reside together? They don't share the same info.
I just wanna remove a F@#@ing test ban. GRRR |

I went to Settings to add her, even though she is already on the protected list and got this.
SECURITY ALERT!!
That was a banned IP. You must first un ban before you can protect that IP
To do so go to your Ban System main page and un ban 68.X.X.X |

Because this user has the AOL Bring your own connection plan. This user is still online. and it is using her cox IP. I only banned her aol account. Now her AOL login keeps hitting our site with her cox IP and auto banning her. WTF! It wont leave our site. Been there 30min with 15 new bans. each saying 15, 14 13 12 hits, you get the picture./ SHe logged out 31 min ago. |

Change My IP, added a router..cleared cookies, stood on my head...everything imaginable and I am still banned! How do we fix this? |

How do we get System Ban to quit banning me? I'm banned 22 times. It keeps banning. It won't allow the Unban option. It just refreshes the page. Is there a way around System Ban? It says it banned me automatically. So, anyone know how to dismantle the Protectors System Ban to allow me back on my site? LOL..It proved to be a worthless test! Let me tell you. |

Well, I just want to apologize for my rambling. I'm pretty sure it didn't help in getting me any responses. /me looks above. But we fixed our problem. Protector still wont unban IP's using the little Unlock key in the main menu. We went into MyphpAdmin to delete all the nuke_blocked entries.
I laugh at the text that says "There is no banned IP yet !
Shall we get nasty  "
