Despite a strict TOS of my website, users seemed to be conducting illegal activies by using Private Messages. So, what I needed is a system that (O am using version 7.7) allows me to read a message (and possibly moderate it) if it contains illegal elements, and that allows me to do this AFTER the message being sent but BEFORE the receiver gets it.
Is there any way to do this, or should I keep PMs disabled? (I am using version 7.7)
