I want my site's forums to be visible and read by anonymous visitors, although if they try to make a post, I want them to be taken to the 'you're not registered screen'

I'm not sure how to go about this although I'm sure its pretty simple... the last time I tried this though, I got 'Guests' able to post on the forums, which I don't want.

Thanks in advance!!

In the forums permissions, set them to Registered Users Only. That's all you have to do

When I set it to "ALL visitors" in the modules admin and go to the Forums Admin area and set the permissions for each forum this works fine. the only problem is when people click on the links for:

View unanswered posts

They get access to all the forums and can post as guests.

Any idea for a fix I have searched and searched. I am using phpBB 2.0.19. and phpnuke 7.9 with the patch
