I have this recurring (nightmare) problem: Several users complained they can only log in a couple times with userid and password already created. Afterward, they tried to log in and get this message "You are trying to access a restricted area". The problem seems to be on their system because I use their userid/password and have no problem logging on from my computer.
What causes this to happen and how to fix it?
I appreciate all the help.

Sounds like their cookies aren't being saved. What browser are they using?
