I have a voting script called InterVote (http://dotmatrix.net/scripts/intervote/)... I wanted to be able to use it with phpnuke... I tried another voting module, but it wasn't as good as intervote...
can someone please help me out here... thanks
(p/s: I'm a newbie.. take it easy on me..)

well i was gonna take a look at it but -that script is WAAAYY to expensive. even if it could be ported to nuke, it would be a licencing nightmare(see how they dont seem to have one)
im afraid you could be out of luck unless someone else has purchased and ported this script already

Is it possible to for someone to "borrow" InterVote and use it to develop a way to make it work?

That script is written in Perl. There really isn't much developing to make it work in a php page. Just use the "virtual" command to call that script. It takes a relative path.

well the main thing that i want to work is so that when a member signs up for an account to phpnuke that it will also work for intervote... so they are able to use the same signin name and password...
would anyone know how to get that to work?
