The problem with yours happens to be that your URL is totally different than any URL I have seen. The URL on my site for quotes looks something like:
Code:

modules.php?name=Forums&file=posting&mode=quote&p=52818

Your's looks like
Code:

modules.php?name=Forums&file=posting&mode=quote&&u=446

I'm not sure what mods you are using but that is why your URL's are jacked up. Even nukecops (using the same version 2.0.6 as you) represents the quote URL the same way I do.

To convert that URL you will more than likely have to add a statement for it, something like
header.php
Code:

"'(?<!/)modules.php\?name=Forums&file=posting&mode=quote&&u=([0-9]*)'",

"forums-quote-\\1.html",

.htaccess
Code:

RewriteRule ^forums-quote-([0-9]*).html modules.php?name=Forums&file=posting&mode=quote&&u=$1

But just to let you know, It looks more like a URL related problem as that URL was not even being rewritten by GT when I visited the site and I still get the same error. Like I said before

.html-type URL's = GT enabled
php-type URL's = Not GT

If the output buffer does not convert the URL, it will be treated the same as it did before GT was installed. If you totally take off GT and try it, the same thing should occur, if not, then please let me know so I can take a look

it looks like you have to substitute the && for URL in the header.php with & amp;& amp; (Take out the spaces between & and amp;)

But it seems to be more likely the URL that is giving you the problems, not the GoogleTap, if you cannot get it to work when the URL is not tapped, chances are it will not work when it is.

When I was at your site earlier, it would not work when it was the normal URL:
Code:

modules.php?name=Forums&file=posting&mode=quote&&u=446

So adding my code probably won't do much until you can figure out what mod is causing that error and get with the mod support for the fix.
