 djmaze writes "Finally it's there "CPG-Nuke 8.0".
After 3 months hard work from Akamu and DJ Maze they managed and decided to release it.
A lot of improvements, changes and fixes are made to the original PHP-Nuke 6.5 core.
Thanks to some members of the first hour we also did great improvements in the admin area and a lot more.

There's a long list of what the changes/differences are but we'll keep it plain and simple for ya.
- Improved admin area
- phpBB 2.0.6 fully integrated (even the admin area)
- BBcode in "News" and "Surveys" module
- 10 times faster page generations
- Better security
- Fully HTML 4.01 compliant
- Database debugging
- Coppermine Photo Gallery 1.2.2b integrated
- 3 steps web installer (also upgrades from PHP-Nuke 5.5-7.1)
- Reduced file sizes
- Cleaner PHP code
- Reduced SQL queries
Also new functions are added which makes the system a better matrix without to much hassle when you wanna add/remove modules.
