Preparing a new server for PHPNuke.org
PHP-Nukenukelite writes Hello Nukers! I'm preparing the new server for PHPNuke.org which will be a great change from the current one. We will move from a Celeron 1.3 to a Dell Dual Xeon 2.4 Server in the next few days. This will solve the recent server load. At the same time, when switching the domain to the new server, you'll notice a totaly new theme, logo, design and news module. Maybe there will be a short public test period. I think that in around 15 days the new PHPNuke.org will be up and running, after that the Club will get more power with TONS of addons, tested and packaged for PHP-Nuke 7.x. All this costs a lot, but is all for your pleasure... more announces will happen and some nice surprises. Thanks for your attention... Have a nice day.

I havent noticed any slow down what so ever on phpnuke.org, there load times are all around 1 second, probably due to the heavy java advertising (ANYOING!).

But i am glad to see them taking a step in a new direction so soon after the recent anouncement.

Excellent news nukelite. I look forward to seeing the new site. Heck, I may even join the club to help support your efforts. Thanks for everything.

hmmm, too little too late I suspect - so many people are now used to popping into NC since being abandoned.
