Today FB noticed some great numbers that ensures everybody PHP-Nuke is the first mover...that gives more inspirations day by day: at the global nuke-group we believe sharing is the way to create better ideas - ideas that can move the community, the code, and the world forward. Celebrate the great news that was published by Francisco today.
FB: "Today I was doing some reports about PHP-Nuke and collecting material about this project to create a personal fact book and noticed the nice downloads number only from the official page, a big 6,200,000 downloads. This means that each month PHP-Nuke is downloaded around 100,000 times. Will be very hard to determine how many downloads PHP-Nuke got from other sites since that process isn't controlled, but I think that we can make an estimate of at least a couple of millions more. This is a great incentive for the inspiration needed to continue working on this project. PHPNuke.org also broke the 130,000,000 barrier of pages views since it’s opening few years ago. These are numbers that you may consider interesting especially if you're using PHP-Nuke on your site. On the other hand, I'm preparing the Photo Gallery module, the code in use on OpenMax.com, and due to the high number of requests it will be available for purchase soon.
